    The closest thing to Curry/Dixons is probably Harvey Norman (http://www.harveynorman.com.au) who doesn’t seem to have an online store. I think the main reason that online shopping (and thus affiliate marketing) are so far behind in Australia is the size of the country. Shopping online loses a lot of its appeal when you have to pay premium postage rates then wait 5-10 days for things to be delivered.
