Apologies if this type of thing has been posted before but I could do with some advice please folks? They are offering all the below for £115.00 - is it worth it and will it benefit my site??

In a word - no.

The first alarm bell sounds with a name like "HyperSubmit Extreme Traffic". Anyone who has any credibility isn't going to use things like "extreme" in their name.

Most of what they are advertising is so vauge to be totally meaningless, or is so out of date that they obviously have no clue what they are doing. My guess if they simply run your web site through an auto-submitter program which stopped being of any use about 10 years ago.

The clincher is "Guaranteed listing in Google". So they've bought Google now? Also, being listed in Google is one thing, but what searches will you come up for and what position? The usual trick is to say - you appeared for your company name, or some unique bit of text on your site, which is pretty much a given but not much use to most searchers.

The one that gets me however is the last bit under "Optimization instructions" where the very last thing they list is the one thing that will make a difference to your traffic, ie: content. Sounds like they don't really believe this is anything more than a tagged on thing incase anyone happens to ask.

Avoid anyone who claims guaranteed positioning or inclusion, or in fact 95% of what they've blurbed about. It's all basically a con - legal, but still a con.

You'll be lucky if you don't get a ban, from the look of this. Spend the money on a decent SEO consultant, or a copy of Aarons SEO Book at the very least

That's the big red flag. Gauranteeing listings in G will cost you about $75 billion, at todays market cap. I have NEVER seen an SEO firm guarantee that was worth anything, and it's frequently (not always, but frequently) a sign that you should run as fast as possible from the said firm
