In Google one minute...not the next?

I checked to see if a new website of mine was indexed this morning and it was. I then went to the gym and came back...and now it isn't!

Does anyone know why this is?

It's in the process of being indexed. Not all datacentres have the data that includes it, so sometimes you see it, sometimes you don't. Give it a few more days, and it should be showing reliably

Maybe it's Google's way of telling you not to go to the gym.....

Ah, that's ok then. I figured it was probably something to do with the data centres. I've only had the domain since the 2nd january, so it's been indexed pretty quick.

I have seen cases of domains being indexed in 8 hours. If you've got a decent link or two to throw at a new domain, getting indexed in a few days SHOULD be easy. Actually getting ranked, that's different...
