Start a group blog on a certain industry

I've always been interested in this.

Choose a specialist subject.

Get a group of people e.g. 10.

Start a blog.

Give everyone an account.

Everyone blog once or twice a week.

See what happens.

Surely with 10 people all adding content, all linking from there individual sites, all adding links in signature files etc.. the site would become quite popular!

I think it is a good idea. Often people don't maintain blogs because of not enough time, but if you had a pool of people contributing, it would work wonders.

Of course you would have to ensure everyone is pulling their weight

well, each blogger could have there adsense code below there post, as well as there adsense code on each individual page (which would be the most effective)
