I always like a new challenge so I have been looking at the adult health market, not viagra but similar products and in particular one that will be coming to market in the not too distant future.

This is a new market to me and I was wondering if there are any rules that need to be followed regarding selling or advertising via affiliate programs. I would assume that if you are actually selling you need to be authorised to prescribe medicines. But how about promoting viagra and other similar products via affiliate programs? Can you just add links or are there some hoops you need to jump through?
