UK Marketing Manager:

You’re a goal-driven and entrepreneurial marketing professional. You could be our next Marketing Manager. In this position, you will have full P&L ownership of VistaPrint.co.uk.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of acquisition marketing tactics via online and offline channels for the country’s website. The eMarketing Manager will manage, coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Affiliate, E-mail, Online, Print, etc.); negotiate and purchase online and offline media; administer and execute customer acquisition and retention programs; and acquire, maintain and grow relationships with major online and offline advertising partners.

You will need a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA a plus) and 3-5 years of channel specific marketing or sales experience (affiliate marketing, paid search, email marketing, direct mail). Previous P&L experience and established industry relationships are preferred. Candidates must possess an in-depth knowledge of the assigned country’s online market, along with a proven track record in setting and achieving quantifiable direct marketing performance objectives. Native level language skills (both written and verbal) for the assigned country are essential; strong English language skills are also required, and knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.

Three Marketing associates/ specialists for the following:

- UK Email marketing
- UK Affiliate marketing
- UK Print media marketing (box inserts, direct mail, print marketing.)

You will manage VistaPrint marketing programs (affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing, etc.). You execute the acquisition marketing tactics via the country marketing channels. You are working in conjunction with external and internal resources to coordinate performance against a targeted goal. You have to develop and measure the UK's acquisition efforts as directed to maximize sales. You will be involved in localizing your country’s web site and marketing materials.

You bring a bachelor degree in business or marketing with 1-3 years marketing experience - channel specific or e-commerce experience is a bonus. You are native in the language your country website operates in, you also have strong English language skills; an additional knowledge of another European language is a plus. You are proactive, with a positive “can do” attitude and results-oriented. You are planned and disciplined, with strong strategic marketing skills. You have a strong knowledge of the Internet (technical understanding a plus) and the ability to work in cross functional teams. You have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
