I'd second the advice above that you should pick programs in a niche that you are interested in. You can search on these forums to see any previous discussions on them.

I'd recommend the following programs we manage: EasyFlirt, Purple Parking and Mosaic Holidays. They all pay the highest commissions in their sectors and we're always available to help in any way we can.
