I recently launched the Panda Software affiliate program in the UK and while the program has exceeded expectations to date, it is clear that the program relies heavily on a couple of affiliates.

Obviously I would like to reduce the dependency on these main affiliates. While they are doing a great job, I would like to increase the number of affiliates generating decent sales and earning themselves good commissions!

Does anyone have any tips? Details of our scheme can be found in the New Programs forum of this site. I think we offer a very attractive program for potential affiliates so I'm a little puzzled as to why we haven't got more affiliates generating sales. We do not have a brand name bidding policy, we offer 20% commissions, plus bonuses, short validation times, long cookie durations and I regularly send newsletters with up-to-date information and offers.... Surely it can't be that security software isn't exciting!
