About Loan-Line...

Loan-Line specialise in Low Cost secured loans, allowing individuals to consolidate their debts and reduce their monthly payments.

Customers can apply for loans from £10k to £150k, with no loan payments for 6 months available, as well as fixed rate loans.

Bad credit loans are available for those with adverse credit, CCJ’s and mortgage arrears.

Loan-Line has been in operation since 1998, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service, their pledge is as follows:

- We will get you the best APR our lenders can offer, based on your own circumstances.
- No answering machines – you’ll always speak to a customer account manager
- Our well trained staff will always be courteous and polite when dealing with you on the phone.
- Your own personal account manager – once you say ‘YES’ to our loan offer, a loan specialist will be assigned to you for all of your queries.
- If your personal account manager is not available a message will be taken and you will be called back within 15 minutes or less
- You will be kept informed at all key stages of your loan process until your loan is paid out
- We will pay all costs associated with processing your loan.
- No agents will call at your home in connection with your loan – it is all done by post.

Validations process

Loan-Line and All Response Media (whom manage this programme on Loan-Lines behalf) will check all applications weekly, and delete if:

- The contact details are clearly fictional
- The telephone number does not exist
- The customer contacted has no awareness of applying for a loan
- Multiple applications are made via the same IP address (this has been restricted within the Affiliate Window interface to 1 loan application per IP address per day)

Affiliates are reminded that Loan-Line/All Response Media will be keeping a close eye on deletion rates and will fully investigate any affiliates believed to be abusing this programme.

Note for points/loyalty sites...

Whilst points/loyalty sites are welcome on this programme the commission will only be available per loan being actually taken out, so please point this out to your customers!
