have a look at Clareflorist on Webgains with 5.58% conversion this month and 10% commission
Hi,
I am looking to build a flowers affiliate site but there appears to be so many merchants to choose from.
Has anyone recommendations and any experience on what sort of commissions/conversions they offer.
Thanks in advance
Ed

Valentines Flowers - Brand versus Non Brand Part 2
One of Kieron's best posts ever IMHO
Why?........
People who want Interflora will just go to Interflora? Why not promote a lesser know entity and make it your own?
People will come to you and then notice the brand names and then type UK Search and visit direct:td
I recently set up a site promoting Bunches,Flying Flowers, Flowers Direct etc and to be honest i think i wasted my time.Yes theres good commission to be had but i have found the ammount of click fraud on PPC in this field to be the worst i've experienced so far.
Its very hard to get decent ranking through SEO as all the big names are up on page 1 with their thousands of inbound links although i'm starting to move up slowly (it didnt help Google deciding to put me in the wilderness for 4 months !) but as i say , the click fraud just eats into your commission as to get the keywords that get you the traffic then you're going to be paying quite a bit per click.
If you do decide to go ahead i wish you well but you might be better off finding a more niche area of the market, or it maybe i'm just c*%p at PPC

people will look at interflora - but if they are at your site first it's a good opportunity to have some interflora links so you have a chance at getting the commission.
Personally, I'd recommend Bunches - from what little 'flower' traffic I get, bunches has converted better than any.
