    Hi all,

I am looking for any insights or recommendations to an affiliate network that operates in France?

Has/does anyone have an up and running affiliate operation in France and who would you suggest? If you have any insights to this or feedback

Any help on this would be much appreciated

    Regards,
    Simon

I know that TD have an established office in France and I had some dealings with them when Maximiles (who are French) took over ipoints.

They were pretty helpful and have good contact with the UK and Head office, not just a satellite sales office. Can't say anything about the rest. drop me a PM, I have a couple of names of a French based affiliate who might be able to point you in the right direction.

Webgains has been operating in France successfully since October. Have a look at our network, we offer the same competitive and innovative USPs across all countries we operate in.
Please give me a shout if you need more info

If I ever get round to expanding into Europe I would much prefer Webgains over TD

Cibleclick, Tradedoubler, CJ, Zanox, Netaffiliation, Wipub, Leadium, Public-idées etc etc... You have more than twenty affiliate networks in France.
The choice depends notably on what your activity is and what kind of commission model you will run.
If you are a merchant with a large product feed, you will need to optimize your product feed with a network that can support this, e.g. Tradedoubler and their wonderful toolbox (currently in beta version).
If you are in the gaming industry there are a few second tier networks that have much more potential than the big names your heard of.
If you are planning to run an hybrid commission campaign and categorize your affiliate according to their conversion rates, you will have to work with networks having an interface allowing this.
If you have large ambitions and plan to open with more than one network, you will have to plan your negotiation carefully (negotitate first with the small network? the big one? will they accept my campaign if I launch it with them afterwards ?)
If ...if... if... the best is that you contact an expert in Affiliate Management that knows about this market : me

    Hi Simon

John (strateman from the above post) really knows the French affiliate market. I'd recommend sending him a PM with the details of your campaign and I'm sure he'd give you some advice. If you don't know the market well you could always commission him to do the necessary legwork for you. I've spoken to him at many of the get togethers and he's a top bloke who has deep insight into affiliate matters generally

Ad Pepper have been in France since 1999 and is a well established leader in online advertising/marketing. That said, Webgains France is based in the Ad Pepper office in Paris and has plugged into an existing affiliate base so they have hit the ground running. You should definitely not discount Webgains France or any of the 6 countries we now operate in. Our vision to provide the best technology, expertise and most importantly our customer service is replicated in every country.
