I can well believe Simon's predictions, there are a mass of potential B2B merchants and other sectors with very long sales cycles that are doing little or nothing online so far. The financial leads arena is just the tip of the iceberg I reckon.

no matter about being flipped. Clash good business plan and they come with fresh ideas and technology. Most, they have amazing team and are here for long term. I think if they flipp, maybe they get more money and grow more next time. I think some new networks are just here to make quick buck. Clash definitely long term and have good business.
It doesnt matter if the original owners/founders are here for the long term they will be squeezed out long before the flipp and miss out on the big pay day.

Zaq, I think you're perception of VC's is somewhat false, they look for a quick return - simple as that. The method of procuring a return varies (often flipping, floating, reversing etc) but certainly VC money can lift a companies fortunes without comprimising the founders status.
