    Hi Everyone,

I have just been adding some content to my site and as I use Firefox I have been previewing it in that browser, however, when I remembered to check it in Internet Explorer it shows a blank page. I then checked the site that is live and the same happens. I would be grateful if anyone would have a look to see if they can identify the problem.

    Thanks.

    Yes

Look at your stylesheet. The background colour is FFFFFF (white) Also why is the image for the header in an H1 tag when surely only the text should be. Also most of your text is located in the H2, H3 tags inside a div inside a second div.

I haven't got firefox on this pc but I'll take a look tonight on another pc. Also check your stylesheet.

Could be the first few lines in the css. It's screwing up the post so I'm not putting it here.

Open the source file in a html and css syntax coloured text editor and see.

I have just run the home page through an error checker. You are either missing closing tags else your tags are not correctly nested.

The main reason you have a problem is that you have an opening comment tag after your opening style tag, but you fail to close the comment until you get down to the closing tag after your adsense script. You do need an html editor with colour coding!

That is leaving all your content other than the statcounter script invisible within a comment. (One occasion when IE is trying to nest tags and you wish it would not. Quite why the other browsers are not doing the same shall remain a mystery.)

Also, you have many '&' in your affiliate links which have not been encoded as entities. For the rest, these error reports may be helpful:

HTML error (132/20): The end tag </BR> is missing.
HTML error (134/228): Can’t find start tag for end tag </P>. Maybe the tag was implicitly closed before.
HTML error (142/178): The end tag </IMG> is missing.
HTML error (142/182): Can’t find start tag for end tag </P>. Maybe the tag was implicitly closed before.
HTML error (149/6): Can’t find start tag for end tag </A>. Maybe the tag was implicitly closed before.
HTML error (150/4): The end tag </P> is missing.
HTML error (154/166): The attribute value must be enclosed in quotes.
HTML error (154/188): The end tag </IMG> is missing.
HTML error (154/358): The attribute value must be enclosed in quotes.
HTML error (154/380): The end tag </IMG> is missing.
HTML error (154/384): Can’t find start tag for end tag </P>. Maybe the tag was implicitly closed before.
HTML error (155/9): The end tag </BR> is missing.
HTML error (200/8): The end tag </DIV> is missing.
HTML error (200/8): The end tag </DIV> is missing.
HTML error (201/8): The end tag </DIV> is missing.
