    Hi,

One of the sites I run is a mortgage site and I get 1-2 leads per day who are looking for a first time mortgage / first time home buyer mortgage.

Can anyone suggest where to send these leads ? as I know the majority of the companies on most networks want leads of people looking bad credit loans / secured loans.

Any ideas as it seems a massive waste at the moment because I am literally getting 50 leads a month rejected (worth £1000's) because they are first time buyers who possibly have bad credit also.

    Thanks

I've got a hidden merchant that will take these. First time buyer leads don't pay much...before i queue of requests they are unable to deal with much more volume at present.

Which is odd, not knocking anyone but I've never understood wny 1st-time buyer leads aren't worth more, I know that as a recent 1st-time buyer myself broker commission was approx. £1500 when the mortgage went through - makes you wonder why the leads aren't valued more highly.

The reason first time buyers are worth less is two fold -

Firstly the likelyhood of converting such a lead is much lower than converting for example a remortgage. Secondly the length of time it takes for such a deal to payout to the broker is often several months (could be 6 or more).

We do have a programme that will accept this type of mortgage enquiry ...

    Smingle,

I can't help with the leads but can add a complimentary service. Every time someone completes a mortgage they will need a solicitor, we manage a panel of conveyancing solicitors that pay up to £200.00 for a sale, re-mortgage or purchase and up to £400.00 for a sale and purchase together.

You can add a simple question within your form 'do you want a quote for conveyancing as well'

You have enough information already in the form to generate a quote from our entire panel and deliver it with your thank you email.

Please let me know if this is of interest: Gareth 01443 493851
