Bingo affiliate not playing by the rules - Coral/Gala/TD please take action!

Hi,

Firstly I'm not going to create a proper link for this guys site, but the operator of this site is spamming the search engines, stealing my keywords and promoting the url of my own bingo site, without a proper link to me and instead redirecting it via an aff link to Gala Bingo.

The site is TheBingoBall dot org dot uk and the name on the registration who is info is
Lee Dougary from the US allegedly.

I would appreciate a response from the networks as to how you intend to handle this affiliate. This in my eyes is tantamount to theft. I don't mind back links to my site and other people linking to me, so long as they link to me and dont use my sites name, url, and keyword data to pull traffic to their own affiliate links.

I found this all in google by doing a search for my domain name, does anyone have a contact at google (best person to email) that I can let them know they are spamming and stealing content and get them banned from google please.

I've not spotted that site in the SERPs at all yet - will keep an eye out though. I'm a bit confused about what they're actually doing? Is it in Adwords they're getting listed or just the normal serps?

Ah, ok - I see - add favouritebingo dot org dot uk and completebingo dot org dot uk to the list. Scraping my news feeds as well. Auto re-written content, bad bad stuff. It's right down on the SERPs for my main site - Drop Google a spam report via this form...

I see it as a backlink to one of my sites in Googles webmaster tools, clicked on it and it took me to galas home page, but now it goes somewhere else.

Can you explain what he is doing in more detail as he seems to just spamming the search engines with a load of junk sites - surely the networks can just ban him.

He is spamming yeah. Thats for sure. Just found another one, again with keywords and content taken from my sites and redirected to buymobilephones on aff future. His name is Lee Dougary, allegedly

apart from brand hopping on Tmobile which they won't be happy about (I should know) they're lwayers slapped me for this a few years ago, he is stealing content from other legitamte affilaite sites and thus stealing our sales when he overwrites oour cookies. Perhaps AF could stand up to this idiot and ban him. He gives affilaites a bad name.
