Wouldn't say they are just copies of yours, but its definatly influenced their structure, not so much all the design. Still not right to do it though.

Sure the owner is familar on here!

Like your site though rob, its superb.

Contact the networks / merchants that they use, tell them what has happened and see if they can get the affiliate dropped. I'm sure they wouldn't want to be associated with a copyright thief. You could also contact their hosting company and ask for the site to be taken down.

Take some screenshots, save the source code, and email all the evidence to the scumbag in question asking them to take the site down. Keep copies of all the emails you send and receive.

Certainly too close for comfort.

Agree entirely with ian about harvesting evidence. A good trick would be to put a self-penned piece of deliberate misinformation and see if that gets copied. Then it becomes beyond dispute regarding the website source.

Also agree with ian-d, your site design is tight. Kudos.

Yes sorry, thats what i meant by structure, content etc. Design is the only difference. Just get onto them about it, but its a messy business to be involved in, as developing and creating a site is different than owning all the material and copyrights.

As said though, a semi-friendly email to them requesting they change content should do the trick. Failing that shame them on here...oops, already done that

I'm very much new here, so can't offer much advice on what best to do ... but I just wanted to add my name to the list of people impressed by your site.

Am I right in thinking that you're using a CMS system?

I thought it might be Joomla too - in which case I was going to ask which module he's used to list/rate the bingo sites on the homepage.

I've been trying to find a component to do that for a while now!
