weird copy of my article

Hi Everyone,

I launched a new site a couple of days ago and submitted an article about it. My article can be found at Birthday Gift Ideas! Always on Your Mind - Article Directory | ar.ticles.co.uk

and I have just stumbled across this Lost child which is remarkably similar to mine.

Does anyone have any ideas why this has happened.

Seems they have changed some wording to try and make it unique,

I would contact the blogger and at least ask for the link to be in tacked

I have asked the blogger to amend or delete.

If anyone else sees articles misused from my directory, let me know and i'll deal with it accordingly.

It's a "derivative work" - it's clearly based on the original article even with some tweaking, so it's still your intellectual property and within reason you can basically dictate who does what with it.
