I need to do something with SMOKERS-SHELTERS.CO.UK and was wondering if anyone had developed something along similar lines and maybe had contacts with companies that run aff programmes for shelters etc....

Viking on Webgains do a range of smoking equipment, such as no smoking and other signs, cigarette bins and smoking shelters. Should be just what you need.

You could try virtually anywhere that sells garden sheds - they seem to do them. Search for sheds on your SE of choice and go from there.
