New Manager seeks help and ideas

Hi Everyone,

I have recently been given the task of heading up the affiliates section of our company and am looking for any advice and tips as what to do to improve.

I have sent out an email to all of our currently top performing affiliates asking for them to make contact, with the incentive of being moved to a higher tier merely for replying. Only one person did. What went wrong?

We are currently only signed up with Trade Doubler, but have heard that we should sign up with a number of companies. Is this true?

Are the social events a really good place to network and pick up tips?
