Are there any names of gurus out there? if so who are they?

i) So that eliminates all affiliates that aren't VAT registered.

ii) I wouldn't say earnings indicate 'best'. For example, a very rich affiliate may make substantial amounts of money by framing merchants sites, therefore catching lots of cookies.

iii) Money goes to money. So the richest 'should' always earn more per year.

Generally speaking the UK community is a lot less focused on 'gurus' than the US is. I wouldn't want to speculate on why that is
