APS cashplus Prepaid MasterCard programme goes live on Affiliate Window!

Advanced Payment Solutions are pleased to announce the launch of the APS pay as you go Prepaid MasterCard affiliate programme on Affiliate Window!

The new cashplus Gold card is a MasterCard prepaid card. This means that like a pay as you go phone, you need to put money on to the account before you can use it. It is not a debit card that is linked to a bank account or credit card where you pay for your transactions at a later date. You just top it up and pay as you go - it's easy! You can read more about the increased use of pre paid credit cards in the marketplace here; Finextra: European market for pre-paid cards set to soar

Joining the APS cashplus partner program will allow you to earn up to £8 per account sign up for the first month; thereafter a tiered system between £6.50 and £8 will be in place with commissions for affiliates dependent on their volume of sign ups.

Our affiliate management team at Brilliant Media will answer any questions you may have and will assist you in the sign up process should you have any problems. Please contact Martin Corr at Brilliant on (0113) 3940000 if you have any enquiries.

We look forward to welcoming you on board with the program!!”

I presume this bit has been left in from some old t's and c's in error:

Your commission is paid into your account each month, or quarter - dependent on when you reach 50 activated card sales and over.
Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.

If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.

Can you clarify a few things please?

    1. What does "You must make every endeavour to generate at least 50 activated card sales per month" mean? If I only generate 3 salea a month will you kick me off the program?

    2. What is the tiered commission system? You say you can earn between £6.50 and £8 a sale, but how?

I have a very targetted site at prepaid-creditcard.co.uk but I won't even think of promoting you unless I have some better terms and conditions from you.

    Hi,
I have 22 websites which each get above a 100,000 hits each every month - all focussing on prepaid products and I have been looking to set up a few for prepaid cards only.

I have been on to your website and seen that you have a fixed price structure - where you charge £4.95 per month. Now all the feedback have taken from our users is that they prefer a card which only charges them when they use it and not when its sitting in the pocket.

I could potentially drive a lot of traffic to your site but feel a number of my customers would be turned away by the monthly management fee - is there a different structure available for PAYG users?

At this point, the new Virgin Money card, Extremecred and Splash seem to be better bets (or even EAsyKard) even though the CPA paid is lower (although Virgin is up to £5.5 with certain affiliates - so not much difference at all) .

If you look at most media - evryone is going PAYG - no one wants to be tied into a contract situation.

Please advise if you have an alternative fee structure - otherwise I am with my friend from UKOffer!

I like the high initial CPA but the proposition needs to be stronger as it is very difficult to compete with brands like Virgin, Splash or Extreme in the long run.

All the best with your programme

    Hi,

My Name is Matthew Oxley and I would like to introduce myself as the new affiliate manager for APS Cashplus.

I realise from this thread and others that there are few problems. As I've already explained to a couple of people on PM regarding individual queries, we are currently working to resolve these and get a simplified tracking solution in place.

I look forward to giving you a full update on all the issues very shortly, but meanwhile please feel free to PM me, email me ( moxley@brilliantmedia.co.uk ) or call me on 01133940084 and I'll be happy to discuss the program with you.

    Thanks

    Hi Matt,

One of our sister companies used the card system and I can recommend it.

They had a few teething problems with APS client telesales for the customer base but that has largley been resolved.

The pre-paid card is a good add on but no affiliate here will make a fortune from it. If payout credits could be quicker that would stimulate more interests.

    Good luck with it !

    Regards,
