i m a new comer on this forum so no idea about where to place the thread..please excuse me if i m on the wrong corner.

Sitting on the desk.. checking last month delivery i was wounding about the internet industry potential and penetration into the cities all across the world compared to it.

Well looking to hit the arena of online marketing industry, i am looking for Local sales people who can join in getting me clients and unlike your regular company i will pay you 50% of profit i do make on that client for life time..

but i am interested in getting feedback from some of th experts around about this sales reference program..before i do go on to get this declared officially.. has anyone tried this before?

I am looking to recruit guys for Sales and pay them based or revenue we generate from the people they refer for business. If you refer some client to KaleidoMedia.com and the company makes profit of $10,000 from that client we will pay $5000 (which is 50% of the profit).. so untill the client is spending money..

Well still working on the structure, yet to Announce this officially..
