Hi Guys,

With great excitement I can officially reveal that CPW will be the EXCLUSIVE retailer of the long awaiting Apple iPhone.

The phone will be on the 02 network and is looking to market around the first week in November.

I’ll keep you updated as and when more detail is revealed. What I can say is that this handset has sold over 1 million units in 2 months in the US – Christmas has come early!

Apart from the UK Apple Store and O2 stores you mean?
I still find it hard to believe the DSG stores won't get a look in. I don't see any advantage to Apple appointing an exclusive retailer, they ran into enough flak signing exclusive deals with a single network provider. I can't wait to order one, announcement rumoured for today but I'd only ever buy direct online from the Apple Store so I can get direct after sales support.

There's now an announcement on the UK Apple Store:

"8Gb model for £269" (bargain IMO) "...it’s coming to the Apple Online Store and Apple Retail Stores in the UK on November 9, 2007, with O2 as the only UK carrier partner."

Doesn't mention CPW anywhere...
