How to win friends and influence people....
It seems so easy to me, create 100 blogs, get a robot to scan blogs with related content to your desired keywords then post these scanned results in your blogs then cross reference them. A simple way to get results or is this a black hat technique resulting in an ignomineous sandboxing?

Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.
If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.
I think it depends on how you do it.
If you copy the blog post in its entirety, then either you or the orginal blogger will get done for duplicate content. Probably you if the orginal blogger is indexed first. And you are will be on dodgy legal ground because you will be breaking copy right laws.
However, if you show the title and perhaps a short teaser and then link to the orginal blog, then I don't see a problem with it ethically. That is what this very site does in the blog section. And there is Keith Bonds Internet Marketing Blogs UK which just shows the title. I think both of these are very helpful as it makes it easy to find good, relevant blog posts.
Whether you will get much traffic to it from Google is another matter.
