I'd give the guys at ReviewCentre, Dooyoo and Reevoo a shout. the more original UGC's.

the guys at PayPerPost.com :: Get Paid for Blogging, Blog Advertising, Advertise on Blogs would be good. there's loads of freelancer sites worth chatting to. Amazon Mechanical Turk - Welcome by Amazon techs is pretty cool, but good luck get hold of anyone at Amazon.

I'd give the PR machine at Myspace and Facebook a call, billions of dollars made on the back of people like use. Rather than YouTube, try Dailymotion - Share Your Videos, google's all too powerful so we would not want to give them more kudos with youtube content

Then there's always Matt Wood, whose rather good idea turned into a rather great forum.
