CSS Template Sites?

I'm sure I saw a link to a free CSS template archive on here a while ago. I wish I'd added it to my favourites now, but unfortunately that never happened.

Could anyone point me in the right direction again please?

Do a search for skidoo - great set of cross browser compliant css templates that you can add your own skin to.

Did the files actually contain a virus or was it just the generic 'do you really want to unzip these files because they may contain a virus' warning?

It was an actual virus that avg picked up. I then healed the file, think it was reported to be in the footer.
