Obviously this is going to vary, and the larger will be on a salary, but for management of a small company's affiliate program, what sort of hourly rates are acceptable?

the variables to define the rate are how experienced the person is & whether they're full or part time. One option to be considered is outsourcing to an aff. management company, the rates are usually much more affordable.

As a rough guide, in most industries your hourly wage is about half your salary divided by 1000. So if on £30k, then £15 an hour. Maybe a bit more in this industry, to be honest as you can give quite a bit of valuable knowledge and insight in just a few hours.
