Hi All - Question for the blogging experts

Ive got a blog which gives reviews for items in a niche im in, and have a question

Ive got 160 backlinks, most are social bookmarking, 10% PR 3+ blogs etc and at the mo im ranking ok.

Question is, if i make 3 posts a day and Social Bookmark using SocialMarker/poster to say 10 sites for each post are Google going to get the slaphump?

If so, how do you bloggers social bookmark to good effect?

Lots of social network links are no follow links so they won't share the link love, although you may benefit from referels from the sites in question its unlikely to benefit you for SEO
