unsecured and secured declines

hi guys,

i know there are a lot of companies on here selling total scrap leads tenants and homeowners, data companies and also parrasites trying to make a £££ a week.

is there any genuine companies selling good data either unsecured tenant declines or historical homeowners that convert to secured loans.

i have dealt with most of the data companies that just sell and sell peoples data and basically break the law day in day out.

is anyone genuine ? can anyone reccomend anyone that can supply good leads ?
