Andy, it may be wise to create a new thread to promote your code tracking system.

Chris - Merchants would like nothing better than to see the law upheld and ethics applied across the board - Merchants, Networks, Affiliates.
Merchants expect this in the rest of their marketing activity from all of their partners!
However, there's not much chance of the law or ethics being upheld where a VERY small minority (only ONE that I've experienced so far) of affiliates use a brand to drive traffic to its competitors & generate themselves income, slate brands off on its competitor pages etc etc... and then complain when other affiliates use "dirty tricks" on them.
Maybe we should all be subject to public humiliation when found guilty of such transgressions - IAB officials licenced to spank bare bottoms which would be streamed on video through A4U. Maybe a bit much, but that sort of thing stopped the kids misbehaving when I was at school!

I see Mark is up to his usual tricks he has just copied and pasted one of my pages word for word, and put it as a forum post on his MVC site.
I am very upset as I am small fry site, so why if he has made millions this year does he need to lift all my copy.
I am posting this not to upset anyone but just to point out that copying and pasting blocks of content will help no one, duplicate content and all that.

It'll be one of his minions who he's not trained properly. Again.
Make some print screen images and email the networks with it. do a DMCA thing with google too.
It isn't on.

Hope Google doesn't punish your own page for duplicate content as a result.

Sorry to hear it purple.
I don't think any 'comment' would warrant it ok to copy or have someone copy your site.
