View based cookies? any networks ?

alot of the cpa networks (mediabrokers/drivepm, blue lithium) etc using banners/cpm drop cookies on view rather than click, are there any mainstream affiliate networks allowing this ? cj/td, buyat, affwin, zann etc ?

aternatively, if you drop affiliate code on a click through popup, or invisible gif etc, is this against the tos networks ?

i guess this would only be beneficial if you have good deal of traffic no point if you only get limited visitors accross your network, - if anyone knows any places or ideas on this, pls feel free to discuss

There are a couple of networks who now have Post Impression cookies, which I think is what you are asking about - Tradedoubler have some and I believe DGM have some (they certainly did at one time but may or may not have some currently).

With regards to your other ideas though, yes they are against the terms and conditions of pretty well every network and likely to get your account shut down so don't go there.

Zanox have this feature, but only some merchants enable it. (we don't).
