I was rather surprised yesterday to see a new forum started for a new network with three merchants and run by someone that I'm sure very few members here have ever heard of.

Around 3 months ago, Matt and I had a discussion by forum pm concerning the possibility of AMS having it's own forum section, which would mean that we could post our offers in the right place rather than be left fighting with the call centre and hot key people in the Finance Vertical. I made it clear at the time, and it is still the case today, that we would be more than happy to pay for this privilege.

I was told that the whole forum was changing, and I would have the opportunity to write a blog - not something that is particularly appealing, as it wasn't what I had asked for.

AMS, by turnover, is one of the top 5 networks in the UK. We are recognised as the market leaders in our sectors and we have an unrivalled reputation amongst our members and within the affiliate community.

So, perhaps I am being unreasonable here but it strikes me that the playing field is looking a little less than level.

i think you should particularly when although ive only recently started using you ,at least ive heard of you...

half of the networks on here ive never heard of

plus if the help you give in your own section is half as good as on AMS surely it can only benefit A4U

If it benefits A4U financially and AMS strategically, then I see no reason why it shouldn't go ahead!

Definite Yes vote from me - been with AMS for over two years (almost three) now, and they are definitely the real deal.

"Yes, you do. Michael - have another chat with Matt."

I've never disputed this fact - we are ready and willing to pay, which was made clear in my original post.

Go ahead Michael. It’s a brilliant idea. I vote for YES.
