I have got site listed in google news what can I expect traffic wise

I have just had a site accepted by google news, I have tried to get a site in for over a year now.
I just got a email today saying if I change the article addresses to include at least a 3 digits, they will automatically begin indexing my content for google news.

Has anyone else being listed in google news and what kind of boost to traffic does it have.

reading about it now I am nearly in, it seems you still fighting the google algo to get your news to the top.
Do google still listed news stories at top of the serps?

If it gets me a few more uniques a day, and few more rss feed subscriptions it will be worth it.

Just make your news articles and titles keyword rich and they will come looky

My site is just a wordpress blog ( so blogs can get added) you need to have multiple authors, so I did a page listing all the people who "contribute" content, make sure you have a contact page, and details on your organisation.

There is a few sites on the web with tips to get listed see

You need to basically pass their technical tests, and also pass a human check on your creditals. My site is brand new, with 10 news stories, and no adverts or affiliate links on the site although I dont think adverts would stop you being listed.
