Hi can anyone recommend a free link exchange script to put on my site please
Just something simple so i and other users can submit new links

PHPLinks I think are popular, top of Google and available from sourceforge. PHP & MySQL.

I think you would benefit more from one way links though.

Not sure of the validity of these now, but I use Linkmachine which sounds like it will be just the job for what you need. It also has an automated function (easy to set-up) which lets others auto add if you want & which can be filtered as necessary.
