    Hello

Has anyone ever earned commission promoting virgin holidays, i tried to book a holiday with virgin online and gave up, it seems you just go round and round in circles, with no obvious way to book anything.

It begs the question what is the point of there affiliate program (i still cant remember which is best their or there)

I have to agree - I promote weddings and honeymoons and you have to phone to actually book. Plus, they don't pay commission on wedding stuff either. I promote them because I expect people to go to them anyway and they may as well go through my link as anyone elses.
I figure that I might get an incidental booking through the normal (commision paying)holiday channel now and again which wil make it worth while. I'm not holding my breath though

Yep, and the commissions can be nice and big.

Its worth while hanging in until you've sent a fair volume of traffic as the CR may be low, but the EPC is good once the first couple of sales hit.

Hi i looked at Virgin holidays again and their is no way you can earn commission from their program when you cannot even book online.

Quite frankly Virgin is taking the P**s grabbing the traffic but giving nothing back, what a disgrace they are...

What resort and date range were you trying to book? - I just booked a holiday for two to Florida in April in less than 10 minutes on the Virgin Holidays site (got right through to payment page then entered dummy c/c details so it wouldn't go through but right up to that point site worked fine)

I booked a trip earlier in the week and it went through fine - so pretty similar experience to Keith.

On a program level Virgin Holidays is performing very well this month. As Ian mentioned the basket value is pretty good so the comms can be high.

As always get in touch if you have any more questions, issues etc. Always happy to help out.

    .
    HI

I would appreciate knowing how you did that, as if you search for say Florida on the home page you get information on the bloody hotel but no obvious way to book.

Yet from the Virgin holidays web site: If you find what you are after, just hit ‘Book Now’ to start our simple booking process..

EXCEPT THERE IS NO BOOK NOW…On the search results or you get even worse

Online Booking is not available for this selection

For full prices and availability, please call during our

So how do you do it, is there some special code

When you are on the hotel page

Left hand side of page - near the top there is a box headed Find your holiday (prepopulated with the name of the hotel)

Fill in the dates and number of people and click on Find Holidays->

    ..........

Thanks, don't make it simple do they for the average person, with all their tabs with late deals ect, why they cannot put in a great big link that says here are your search results is beyond me/
