Job purpose
Along with the Acquisition Marketing Manager (to whom you will report to) you are responsible for growing our affiliate marketing sales.
You will therefore focus on establishing relationships with key affiliates, running our range of affiliate networks and managing the commission structure across the programme.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Set the affiliate marketing plan, identifying performance targets for the affiliates and managing and co-ordinating campaign activity to deliver to target
2. Create, develop and cultivate affiliate contacts
3. Own the communication plan to the affiliates (individual conversations, email newsletters, etc) and responsible for calculating commission payments
4. Planning event attendance and sponsorship of networking events
5. In addition to affiliates, also responsible for managing shopping comparison marketing – to include checking on accuracy and quality of product feeds and optimising the cost of sale, ROI, etc
6. Working with the Marketing Analyst to produce performance reports and identifying fluctuations in cost/conversion and other KPI’s.
