Script for Price Comparison Site

I have a price comparison site built in html with all products and prices currently being inputted manually, which of course is a pain, especially when it says real-time

Does anyone know of any decent script that will do the checks for me, without me having to change too much of the existing look or code of the site?

Ideally i want something free/cheap and easy to implement, but isn't that always the way

Its only for a handful of products, but are spread across a number of networks so the shopwindow idea is a no go, plus i don't really want to have to a lot of time into re-creating the design to suit.

There must be coded versions available, right?

Yes - there is a white label solution called Client Software which has all the logic inplace already.

You can edit the style as you see fit, but the major advantage is that you have a ready to go comparison site as soon as you upload the files to your webserver.

Would highly recomend Price Tapestry for a price comparison site. Software costs something like £75. I bought it for the MagicParser XML parser originally.

Software was easy to get a grip of and is easilly customizable. It has a good and active help forum, and the writer of the software is very helpfull.

I currently have one site with around 1 millions items, and another with 2,000. Currently takes feeds from Affiliate Window, Tradeoubler and CJ.

Looks like this thread is a wee old as far as development of scripts are concerned. I'm sure a BIG question for newlates and seasoned affiliates - what is THE definitive off the shelf price comparison script available these days?

So far I've seen:

1. Price Tapestry
- Everyone recommends but seems basic although a great tool to start a custom/bespoke integration.

2. AxisITP
- Fully featured "people have been dissing in the past", but v6 has now been released?

3. Affilistore
- Looks good AND amazingly it's free with forum support!

4. Shopwindow
- They handle everything including a Client Software "Smarty PHP" solution which you install on your server, they take a percentage of your CPA.

5. Shopping.com
- BIG predominantly US based network offering CPC as opposed to CPA.

I don't mind admitting I'm a bit of a newlate to this industry myself and although I've been researching for an off the shelf solution for the past few weeks, I'm still looking at all the options, bells and whistles.

Are there any more that can be recommended - in ANY price range?

PS: Feel free to correct me with the info I've noted for the scripts above.

With Datafeed Studio you can build unlimited sites (of different types!), even from a single set of data if you choose.

It also comes with Amazon web service support so you add Amazon products to your database - or look-up Amazon automatically when doing a price compare.

A few point releases ago I added Wordpress plugin support, so you can do whizzy stuff like :

when editing your Wordpress posts / pages to automatically include a price compare box wherever you want in your text.

Alternatively you can just DS as your datafeed engine, and like other users, build your app around it using the supplied PHP API to extract the data.

Examples :

Ben Zen - site built from 'store/modern' theme
Game Offer - Wordpress site using the DS plugin

I also offer freelance coding services if you are looking to integrate or build a custom solution around DS.

It everithing very nice, Axisitp seems be a very nice script, but is codified, and with this we can't change everithing, i looking for a script to buy but nothing with files codified... If anyone have something similar to AxisItp or KaonSoftwares without any codified files, please let me know...
