I think this is one of the biggest troubles with the net, in that it's essentialy law less.

It's very hard to get wrongs like this righted, and if the wrong doers are in other countries you can more and less forget it!

Even really serious problems like child porn they have problems in dealing with when the problem spans multiple borders.

Yes - Comparisons Plus does appear to be a rip off of Price Tapestry.

Pluskit.biz appear to be illegally reselling a number of Internet and Affiliate marketing related scripts, and what people must be VERY aware of is that these products could easily have been modified; for example to replace YOUR affiliate IDs and AdSense publisher IDs etc. with other values.
