As far as I know they don't have an affiliate program but Burton is quite similar and is on Tradedoubler.

no TopMan is not currently on any network; it might be worth contacting them direct about a product feed - if your site is in tune with their brand then sometimes merchants will arrange private partnerships. highly unlikely, but if you really want topman then worth a shot.

I'm sure all the networks are working on them tho
