Do you put google adsense on your affiliate websites ?
I think adsense income is minimal compared with affiliated one and I usually don't put adsense on my affiliate webpages.
How about you?

They banned me a while ago - I asked them why and they said they wouldn't tell me a specific reason. So I appealed. I lost my appeal - and all my earnings.
Google are not as nice as people seem to think - don't touch em.
Same here cpjackso. No reason what so ever, even though I never broke their rules. Very fishy.
I was going to start a thread on alternatives, but might as well ask the question here.. what are the decent alternatives in terms of contextual advertising? Yahoo and Adbrite.. anymore?
No.
I've found that if you create a content page about, say, mobile phones, and whack on a load of affiliate links to stores such as Carphone Warehouse and The Link, if you then put an Adsense unit on that page, chances are that Adsense will start showing links to Carphone Warehouse, The Link, and other mobile phone affiliates who are using PPC. Obviously then if the user clicks through on the Adsense link, I get about 5p, and lose out on a potential commission of say £20 - a £19.95 loss!
I know that you can filter out ads from certain domains to stop merchant and competitors' ads from appearing, however my list grew to about 200 domains, at which point I packed it in.
And as you said, the income from them isn't brilliant, unless you're getting a load of people clicking.

I was redeveloping one of my affiliate websites and had included adsense. When testing I realised people could click on a google link for the supplier or click on my affiliate link. My affiliate link earning much more than the google link which could be as low as 1p.
The more ways you can monetise your site can be better, but it all depends on the niche and advertisements.
No, I never use Adsense - Only exception is for pure info sites which haven't got many affiliate related items.
In the end it doesn't make sense on an affiliate site selling products. It's just leakage, and you get a tiny amount of money for losing someone from your website who could of potentially bought something through an affiliate link, earning much more in commission.
Some people use it as they are desperate for every penny they can get from the website, but over time I`m sure it costs you more in lost sales than the amount you get for clicks.
Yes, I agree with you. Affiliate earning is much more than google adsense and I have stopped showing adsense on my affilate websites. 2-5 p click is really neglegible. Only 1 or 2 of my affiliate sites got adsense on them.
