gumtree/dealtime..low competing ppc?

Hi all

Im new to PPC but like my seo side of things

Am i on the right path in that keywords with gumtree, dealtime etc in the top 10 ppc adverts are probably easy to compete with as they wont be written to be as targetted as a ad i may put up in the future?

With seo, if these sites appear ive found them easy to rank over
