I have seen many a Banner campaigns on Affiliate networks like AW & AF for CPL & CPA, do they also RUN banner campaigns on CPC / CPM too. I guess i have seen Axil doing this.. any expert comments on this?

does any AFF network doing cpc / cpm banner campaign right now except axil
