Websolve International Domains Scam

Just had a client get a phone call from web solve international, not sure how it is spelt/typed as it was on the phone, but their number is 0870 7169816 I believe.

They were trying to get the client to buy 15 domain names & email addresses

connected to their company name, saying that someone wanted to buy them off them and that he could have them for £1500.

Quick check on nominet and nobody owns the domains so we know they are having a laugh.

I did a search on Google and couldn't find anything, so hopefully this will rank well

and prove a warning to others, it is a scam.

Seems to be the in thing at the moment.

We've had about 4 companies phone us in the last couple of months saying that people were trying to buy domains that could be connected to us, and that they were doing us a favour by putting the order on hold and giving us the opportunity to purchase them first . . . . . . at a knock-down rate of course!

Very good of them but we decided to decline their generous offer
