I am the campaign manager for a startup UK Based contact center. We are hoping to run campaigns for various clients across the UK. We currently have space for 36 agents and have purchased a state of the art Touch Star dialler sytem which can do many many things as well as the simple dialling of numbers.
All campaigns can be considered, from direct marketing to simple inbound enquiries and reception overflow facilities, Media Response, Customer Helplines, Customer Information and Support Lines, Telephone Order Lines and Donation Lines. We are open to any campaign big or small and are always happy to talk at any time.
My director is a guy called Lee Gurton and has alot of experience as the call centre manager at Converso but has decided to set his own company up.
I am also looking to get any advice on the best way to bring on campaigns whether they be inbound or outbound. And any other generall advice from individuals who have done this before.
