If you could get a 10% success rate, you could be looking at 350 leads. If you could make £10 a lead that's £3,500. Not bad for an email!
This is hypothetical though. You need to find something you can target them with. Some sort of business offer makes sense as you are targetting couriers. Business contract mobiles, etc. is probably what you're looking for.
Bear in mind that some of these may object to receiving more advertising. Businesses are more difficult to make money out of in my opinion because they are more advertising savvy.
Try selling something to affiliates using an affiliate link and I'll bet not a lot of them would use the link!
To answer your question, size doesn't matter. It's what you do with the list that's important.
