When will this domain drop and become available?

I'm after a domain name with the renewal details as follows:

Registrar: Easily Limited t/a easily.co.uk [Tag = WEBCONSULTANCY] URL: Easily.co.uk - Search domain names, domain name registration, email & web hosting servers Relevant dates: Registered on: 23-Feb-2006 Renewal date: 23-Feb-2008 Last updated: 14-Sep-2006 Registration status: Renewal required. *** This registration has been SUSPENDED. ***

By my calculations and using the tool at Domain Name Deletion Dates for Nominet UK Domains the domain should be available now as 99 days have passed but it is not???

Any advice appreciated.

Easily.co.uk are the domain registrar, i have not included the domain name i'm looking at getting just part of the whois for it.

If you really want the domain I suggest you contact info@xec.co.uk and ask the boss about his dropcatching service. They do a no win - no fee service and have an amazing system to catch domains in real time.

Cheers for the advice all, it was just a case of waiting for the domain to drop which happened earlier today. I was under the impression that it would happen at midnight rather than a certain hour during the day.

So you managed to get it by just waiting, or did you use a tool to grab it? If you just waited then fair play, not many domains get released for enough time to do that.

So whats the domain you managed to get?

If you didn't use a drop catching service you're extremely lucky!

All the domains I`ve tried to get have gone literaly seconds are dropping, even though I didn't think they were that great.

Seems wierd the ones people pickup. Over last year I let a couple of domains expire, including my own name accidentaly. The same person grabbed them them all as they expired during the year. It was like he was snapping at my heels waiting for me to let some slip. Never saw the point myself, as they weren't good domains which is why i let them go. Was expecting him to offer me my own name domain back at a price, but never heard anything from him, and I didn't care enough to try and buy it back. One thing that always puzzled me was he seemed to know the exact drop dates.

Just managed to buy it by waiting. To be fair it's a name i wanted to protect one of my sites more than anything as it contains the same keywords as the ones i already have. Fairly niche really and was confident interest in it would be minimal and was willing to take the chance.
