Hi Trev
Just been sitting over my lunch and thinking...
I’d still recommend Summit for any start up. BUT, I left affiliate marketing management and went into becoming an affiliate. I thought it was going to be a major switch and occupy me full time. Thing is, I have been taken by surprise at just how easy the profession is and have much time on my hands. If you want, I will have a look at your business/requirements/objectives/plans and make a formal proposal to you (I reckon I can give you 3.5 to 4 hours per day on a paid for performance basis)
I can come at you from the angle of having cut my affiliate management teeth on the digital-cameras.com program (managed 2 years) I’ve managed many well known programs (Powergen 18mths being one) during my time at Summit, and among them are:
3 Mobile (15mths)
Hometrack (12mths)
Panasonic eshop program (30mths)
I then wrote a program for Viking-direct, which I introduced (on their behalf) to the networks and managed for 18mths.
I’d still say Summit because once you get into bed with them as a client they really do take care of you, but if you want to go with a dedicated (one man) manager, I could be who you are looking for providing I
am confident that your business/product can benefit from an affiliate program...
I’ve just convinced myself that I
am up for this type of change (or change back to be accurate), if you are and want to see some detail, drop me a mail

Best regards,
Mark
