Just wanted to see if anyone has this problem.

Like most people here i've been an affiliate for a few years now and a good amount of network staff and Affiliate manager always reply to emails & really do a good job, thanks btw :tup

But over the time i've noticed a number of network staff / aff managers who never seem to bother replying to emails and it's starting to take up massive amounts of time keep chasing them.

I know it's a bit of a rant, but it's doing my head in keep chasing these selected few!

    Anyone else seeing this?
    Thanks Lee

    Hi Lee,

If you have any problems with contacting our staff or affiliate managers from our merchants then please let me know and I will get this sorted ASAP, and try to figure out a solution in the longterm. I know the frustrations from a merchants point of view from past experience of not being able to speak to an account manager when needed.

    Thanks

It only ever seems to happen to me on a couple of networks - I have pretty much given up ever trying to contact them or do any more business with them. Better for the stress levels and like you say - the time in constantly chasing people..

I'd also like to say that it seems only to be a small percentage of them and on the whole the communication I have with account managers is great.

It does only take a few bad/slow apples to get your rant on!!

    Hey Lee,

Come join Altogether Ads, you can even contact me out of office hours...I've even had an affiliate call me on a Sunday afternoon before, it was tough trying to get internet in Thorpe park.

    Hi Lee,
Being an Affiliate Manager in Hexpress Ltd. I believe that this is really a shame for those managers who couldn't provide a proper support to their Affiliate Partners. They should understand that this is a online market (not door-to door sales) and Affiliates are a major channel to sale their products. What I believe is "Make your Affiliate Happy.. They will make you happy). I myself communicate with them on regular basis over the email or phone call, don't mind from what country they are from. For Affiliate support and customer service I believe hexpress.net is one of the best in online era.
PM me if you are interested on promoting Hexpress campaigns on your website.
Look forward for your reply. Happy selling.

Our support is key, telephone support for all affiliates (local phone numbers in a lot of cases) support is key to our sales and development, so its silly not to have good communication

I second the motion....talk about stress! ...not only is it more difficult to do the job - but just try having to manage clients who don't necessarilly understand affiliate marketing....and telling them "no sorry...I couldn't get a reply" :blush .....doesn't go down too well.

Aside from the above though, just wanted to make sure my contact details were on this thread...if anyone wants me I'm here

    Cheers

If you like! It helps if both sides play ball lol.

I reply to all emails etc that need a reply. Just makes things run a little bit better!
