(The first paragraph is totally true).
I just almost leapt out on a 12 year old girl with a rolling pin whilst sh*ting myself at the same time - straight up.
The bird that came back last night didn't tell me she'd smuggled in her daughter this morning, lucky I ventured upstairs airing on the side of caution when I heard third party footsteps...
Anyhows, CAUTION is a suitable word as it is really the sollution to avoid poor QS. Basically take caution in every step of setting up your google campaign.
It's weired because I just saw a mind blowing QS "trick" (Thanks D) and while it really is so simple yet clever, it did leave us here saying "we'll we never get poor QS anyway, and it's better that Google loves you rather than is outwitted by you"... Still awseome trick, it would be interesting if the kilted warrior that showed me mentions it on here (that's his business). For the record though, I cannot emphasize enough how ridiculous this trick is, the more I think about it the more mind blowing it becomes.
Back to making Google love you. I'm sending out yet another free article on this very subject. I also had some input on this from PPC Dave a nice chap who spends about £10k a day on his own projects and overseas a lot more on others, so it was interesting for me to get his angle.
The article is written for the PPC noob and covers the basics of setting up campaigns and using small add groups if you are bidding on a lot of keywords - all the kind of stuff I pay Dave to do.
We have left out all the software and 3 week-to-learn ruthless competitor annihilation tactics and monitoring software stuff for the next installment.
Anyway there will be some interesting stuff in there for any noobs who are trying PPC.
