I have received some good advice here and would like to offer something back.

I have teamed up with another business owner to put together a start up package for a home credit business. Basically home credit is small loans collected form peoples homes. It takes up very little time and is completely scaleable to suit peoples goals. Most of the smaller operators in this business have other interests, mainly property that sit along side. Much like affiliate marketers.
